CAMPBELL RESIDENCE

The Campbell Residence consists of a family of four. The family includes: the father Thomas, 40, who is a software engineer that works from home; the mother Tina, 38, who is an elementary school teacher; the son Bryan, 7, who has been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a mild-medium level and a budding child prodigy in music and takes classes in classical piano; the grandmother Elizabeth who is disabled with only partial mobility and spends most of her time in a wheelchair. The Campbells like to travel and spend time outdoors. They like to cook, especially Elizabeth; they are not avid television watchers, and like to read in their leisure time.

     The concept for the Campbell Residence is to integrate elements of nature into the family’s home. The contemporary design will contrast the outdoor elements to create a clean and unique space.
